NexTech Referral Program

The NexTech Referral program rewards the submission of qualified field technicians to Carrier’s Commercial HVAC business in the U.S. The program offers a referral bonus of $3,000* for each new properly submitted employee referral. The following guidelines must be successfully met in order to receive the referral bonus:

• The referral submittal process must be completed as instructed in the program flyer.
• The referral candidate is known by the referring union technician and has given verbal consent to have his/her name/contact information submitted.
• The referral candidate is not a current Carrier field service union technician.
• The referral candidate has not applied or been referred from another source, i.e., local union, recruitment or placement agency, within the last 12 months.
• The referral candidate has not been working as a temporary technician, co-op/intern, supplier on a Carrier account, subcontractor or independent contractor for Carrier within the last two (2) years.
• The referral candidate is not a former Carrier union employee.
• The referral candidate is not a union sourced hire.
• The employee completing the referral form is currently a Carrier employee and is still employed when the referral bonus is released.
• In order to be eligible, be sure to submit the NexTech form prior to the candidate’s application submission.
