Additional Terms & Conditions

Customer warrants that it has obtained and will maintain in good standing all required licenses and permits, including but not limited to cannabis manufacturing and distribution approvals. Carrier shall have the right to terminate this Agreement if; 1) Customer fails to comply with applicable rules and regulations or; 2) applicable state laws or federal enforcement guidelines change.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, its breach, termination, invalidity, whether based in contract, tort or any other legal or statutory claim shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Customer’s business operates, excluding that State's choice of law principles and such dispute, controversy or claim shall be resolved by binding arbitration governed by the American Arbitration Association, which is the sole and exclusive procedure for the dispute resolution.

Cannabis manufacturing and distribution is illegal under the Federal Controlled Substances Act and as such, the parties expressly waive the illegal contract defense.
