Our AC went out. Husband replaced various compnenets to get it working. We decided to throw in the towel and go new. Home Depot was running a no interest program for 24 months on AC units from Carrier. We took advantage of this offer and now our HVAC system is up and running with no issues and a warranty. We can now sleep at night.

The unit that was installed in our home was faulty and the installer tried to remedy without any input from Carrier. The fan would kick on even when the whole unit was offline. We eventually availed ourselves of the replacement warranty and then had the installer replace it with another brand.
