Water Leaking from Unit

Unit does a great job with cooling, but has leaked water underneath since new. Multiple service calls have failed to fix the problem. How I’m waiting on a replacement part to fix the problem. I’m very concerned that this issue is going to return after the warranty expires. A new Carrier unit should not have this issue.
Vibrating grill causing annoying noise

The grill on the outside ac unit vibrates and creates a loud noise. I have checked and tightened the fasteners but there is still metal to metal contact and vibration creating noise.

Good Cooling, Ongoing Water Pooling

The unit cools well. We have noticed water pooling around the outside unit since installation. The installers have come out several times to troubleshoot and confirm the operation. We had another unit from the same brand installed a year later directly next to it, and it does not have the same water pooling. The difference between the two units remains unexplained.

The unit is extremely loud

We have had nothing but issues with our Carrier AC since we got it. The outside unit had to be replaced the first month. The blower motor on the inside unit has had to be replaced twice. It flooded my attic and caused damage to the ceiling of one of my rooms. It freezes up all the damn time. We have gone to changing the filter every week and it still freezes up every month. My AC company says it is Carrier and there isn't anything else they can do.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
