INSTALLED AUG 2025 , constant parade of service calls for defective parts too many issues for a new unit . Thought this was a quality product. Maybe a bad unit ? LEMON ? I do not trust this unit to just work as advertised . Installer working hard to overcome the issues. Frustrating

It has saved me money on my bill big time. That being said it is pretty noisy! I had a really hard time getting used to it so I could sleep at night and I found that I had to turn the TV up to hear it. Sometimes the noise was louder than others. I called about it and was told that was normal. It kept my house warm enough even in the really cold temps. I am a hot natured person in general and like to keep it cooler than most people but it kept the temperature consistent and comfortable for me. I think the warranty should be at least 15 years.
