I purchased the Carrier Infinity 21 A/C in the fall of 2025 along with their furnace. Both have been excellent. Summer has brought weeks of upper 90's and low 100 degree weather. The A/C has performed as indicated and expected. Very efficient, utility bill less than prior year with equal or comparable weather. It's quiet and provides the proper cooling. Great warranty as well.

To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
