Very low noise, excellent comfort, worked with the existing Carrier zone control which reduced my costs and reduced electric consumption
Something wrong with it

Water installation, we kept receiving alert emails on a daily basis to warn us something was wrong throughout the summer. In winter, it seemed ok, but this spring when I replaced the filter, the filter was burned terribly.

I got this unit a year ago. During the summer it was tremendous for cooling my home. Going into the winter the heat was surprisingly efficient. The board on my unit burnt out in mid December and unfortunately I haven't gotten to use it since. Having a backup furnace was essential to my build system.

The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
