New Carrier Customer in Ohio

We noticed an immediate improvement with comfort and humidity levels with the new Carrier heat pump vs. the 20 year-old Trane system. It is also much quieter. Just wish the Aprilaire or equivalent filters were not so expensive. Also frustrated by numerous Resideo emails about high humidity detection and resolution when we leave the thermostat setting higher.
False alerts are a pain

I get emails from Carrier saying there is an urgent problem and I call the installer and they say nothing is wrong.

Something wrong with it

Water installation, we kept receiving alert emails on a daily basis to warn us something was wrong throughout the summer. In winter, it seemed ok, but this spring when I replaced the filter, the filter was burned terribly.
