Carrier Abound™ Net Zero Management, a sustainability solution for building owners and managers to measure, track, view and report energy and carbon performance across a property portfolio to help meet Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals, recently won a FacilitiesNet Vision Award in the Analytics and Management Software category. The Vision Awards honor innovation and excellence in products contributing to the efficient, profitable operations and management of institutional and commercial buildings in the United States. Net Zero Management was one of nearly 200 products submitted to the fifth annual Vision Awards program. An independent panel of facility executives and influencers served as judges for eight categories.

Automated Logic will host a different Learning Lab on October 25 at 2:30 p.m., exploring the benefits, costs, performance efficiencies and value of cloud-based building automation systems versus on premises solutions.
In addition to Net Zero Management being recognized in the Awards Showcase at the National Facilities Management and Technology (NFMT) Remix 2023 Conference and Expo October 25-26 in Orlando, Carrier will showcase its digitally enabled lifecycle service and aftermarket offerings, and temporary rental HVAC solutions at booth 1016 during the tradeshow. One of Carrier’s digital solutions experts will lead a Learning Lab, Utilizing IoT to Save Energy, Reduce On-site Service and Increase Occupant Comfort, on October 25 at 2:30 p.m.
