The thermostat will not stay on my wifi, so I cannot use the convenient app. I've called Carrier multiple times and you stay on hold forever! I called the service company who installed it and they just tel you to cll Carrier"s tool free number.A $17,000 investment and I have to adjust the thermostat MANUALLY! Aggravating!

Overall it's a pretty good controller, but it could be better. The setpoint temperature should be displayed on the home screen along with the actual room temperature. Also, detailed instructions are not available for setting up the most efficient stages/latching. Even my technician did not know what my ideal settings for cooling should be.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
