Does not sink well with the app. Is very hard to find the features I am looking for. If it has a software update it resets the filter usage to zero. The layout on the physical unit does not match the layout on the app making it that much harder to make adjustments. You really need to have the app in order to use it.

Works well and has several options. Throws weird errors that really aren’t any problem but make you think the system will fail if you don’t call for service. One annoying issue is that it did not come with a backplate and the last infinity system had a larger thermostat. All other thermostats I’ve had have backplates. For the cost of the system, it should have one.

4. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
