I have this unit on the 24VN I had installed two years prior and love it. However, the installers did not install this with the 26VN. They installed an Ecobee Controller which I HATE.

Humidity Reading Is Incorrect

I have another identical thermostat downstairs and this upstairs one reads about 10% higher than actual. I've confirmed this with an ampro hand meter and another high end humidity reader. It really needs to be replaced with one more accurate or working correctly. Because its inaccurate the a/c runs constantly "dehumidifying".

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
