Sensors failed 2 times already in first 9 months

Controller had to be replaced already in the first 9 months and control board replaced on condensing unit so they could operate correctly. Sensor for humidity control as off causing the unit to operate too often and overcook for the last 9 months causing higher electricity usage than the 24 year old unit that was replaced!!

Does not sink well with the app. Is very hard to find the features I am looking for. If it has a software update it resets the filter usage to zero. The layout on the physical unit does not match the layout on the app making it that much harder to make adjustments. You really need to have the app in order to use it.

4. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
