Mixed feelings about this unit

This control panel was required because it was the only way to access all of the features of the Infinity System. The user interface is clunky, not particularly intuitive, and not visually attractive either, as if it was designed by engineers -- and I'm an engineer! -- instead of a user-interface specialist. It's difficult to find underlying system settings in the various sub-menus, and some of the decision-making it engages in is completely hidden, such as when it decides to run the humidifier. There's also no way to create a comfort profile with a custom name, so you're stuck with Home, Away, etc. I wish we could have used a cheaper and better third-party control panel, but that wasn't an option.
Great system with a FATAL FLAW

I’m considering a class action lawsuit because if the power fluctuates the thermostat goes blank & the system will not run until the circuit breaker is reset. Carrier has a fix but it’s been 2 months & my dealer has the parts but has not installed it & does not return my calls.
Downgrade from Ecobee

My dealer talked me into this thermostat, but I regret it. It is a downgrade from the Ecobee that I used to have. I miss having sensors in other rooms that made the temperature more comfortable. And, the Alexa support for this thermostat is very bad (basically unusable - see the ratings on the Alexa skill at Amazon.com).
Great but some tweaks needed

Cannot connect to utility for rebates. Complains about excessive humidity immediately. Does not like an open window. Wait 2 hours before complaining to see if the humidity improves.
VERY LOUD FURNACE

This furnace is WAY too loud when the gas is burning in the burner box. We have tried everything, but it still wakes us up when the burner kicks on. We are VERY disappointed!
