I find it complicated, but then I don't like technology challenges. My husband does most of the programming and it seems to work well.

It tells me when to change filters! Very easy to use.
Missing a basic feature and inefficient, otherwise is perfection!

I don't like that the furnace cycles as it tries to get the house back up to temp in the morning. I also really wish there was a way to change the temp swing so the furnace doesn't short cycle. The temp swing is a basic setting on a basic thermostat - this should certainly have it. Other than that, it's perfect.
