Very happy with the unit. Seems to be very efficient. We had a very cold winter and the heat pump worked well only used 169 gallons of propane.
Does not keep even comfort automatically

Auto setting does not maintain even temperature as well as my previous Carrier system. I must leave the fan on low permantly to achieve an even temp.

Seems like a fine unit for interacting with my Heat Pump and Furnace. It's a bit low tech by comparison to some other units I've had, but it works fine.

the wifi connection to your sever loses connection on a regular basis sometimes for days. I cannot control my furnace thru my phone when your system is off line. The control panel is on line and connected to the internet it is not connection to carriers site. this is super annoying. the controller should not have to go to your site and back for me to control from my phone. It is on my home network and should be able to access. This is the single largest frustration. When I go to bed I like to turn up the heat for a few minutes from my phone then put it back in auto mode.
