Very finicky, hard to control remotely

This thermostat is very finicky about staying connected to the internet, and because of that, it is very difficult to fully take advantage of because you can't access it remotely. And at first it used one app, and then one fine day, it switched to another app with no warning or notice. Overall, it works well with the system and the dealer said it is not easy to find a better remote that takes full advantage of the system's capabilities, but it is hard to recommend this product whole-heartedly.

Auto setting does not maintain even temperature as well as my previous Carrier system. I must leave the fan on low permantly to achieve an even temp.
