THIS PRODUCTS HAS NOT PERFORMED EFFICIENTLY FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS EVERY WINTER I HAVE TO CALL FOR REPAIRS AND REPLACING PARTS PRESENTLY I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY COLD FOR A WEEK THE FURNACE IS NOT WORKING AND THE PROVIDER HAVE NOT BEEN RESPONDING OR MAKING ANY EFFORT TO REPLACE THE FURNACE IT IS NOT WORTH $10,294.30. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CARRIER PRODUCT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
