just like to say I got screwed with my warranty I should of have ten year of warranty No you made it 6 months warranty I call Carrier five time to try to fix the problem and they said no it the balance of the old one the wall control i had before. when i got the new on the box it says ten year warranty if you register the same day which i did. i should of had ten year not six month thank for not helping me. I wish you will fix the problem I bought it new in the box I should have ten year warranty not six month

Good controls, UI could use some work

This thermostat is the brain of the Infinity system and it is priced as such. I will say, if you get an infinity system and decide to use an aftermarket thermostat such as Nest or something cheaper, you are going to be missing out. Missing out in both comfort and efficiency. One thing that this misses out on is Google Home integration but there is an integration available for Home Assistant which shows a lot of diagnostic info. The app for this thermostat on mobile devices often lags when input is made so a user has to wait for a few seconds until the thermostat registers the input. The app also lacks many of the features which are otherwise available on the thermostat itself. The UI of the thermostat itself is okay. Could use better resolution on the display and allow for easier access to some settings such as humidifier and rechecking CFM/static pressure when change media filter. I still recommend it, but it could use some work for the UI on both the thermostat and the mobile app/backend.

4. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
