No support from Carrier

We wanted better zone temperature control in each of our 4 zones. Unfortunately it does not work in Celsius (we live in Canada). We have spoken to our Heating Company and to the Carrier Service Dept, all to no avail. Also when the the furnace has reached desired temps in the zones, the blower motor then goes into a crazy 1 second on and off mode. Nobody so far has a fix this!*? So no are not happy with our Carrier Control system!

does exactly as intended. The home owner should have some technical knowledge to understand how & why this unit functions. We use this unit to control 2nd floor temperatures separate from main floor and added extension. This improves air flow to zones where you live/reside and not just the whole house.

The humidity feature causes A/C to go on before the natural scheduled time; I couldn't figure out why until tech explained it
