my old carrier thermostat will not work on this unit !
Never disappointed. This is our 3d experience with Carrier (3 different houses—3 furnaces, 2 AC systems). In all cases, the systems worked perfectly with no problems or repairs. I did not even consider any other company when it came time to replace the HVAC in the house we purchased with an existing

The control panel takes a while to get used to, and occasionally loses connectivity. I realize that this is a different vendor.

The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
