The thermostat doesn't function like any thermostat I've ever used, ever. Say the measurement and set point both read 75 and I change the set point to 74. In around 20 seconds the measurement also changes to 74. Every time. No matter if I change it up one degree or down one degree. Also, it takes up to 30 seconds for any change to actually occur. Set point change, fan speed change, or operation change. Further, the cell phone app ALWAYS takes 30 seconds to update when I first pull it up or make a change on it. Also, I have the deadband set to zero degrees. The one degree of resolution doesn't provide for sufficient control. One half degree would be more preferable. The one degree allows the house to get too warm and then too cold before the system reacts. Admittedly it could be the placement of my thermostats, but one half degree resolution should help. There's no way I'd recommend this system to anybody. I've got two of them and they are exactly alike.

Unit had failed sensor within 1 1/2 months of installation - but with Carrier Infinity stat, NO error codes flagged (that were visible to customer). I had to notice excessive aux heat use to determine an issue was present, besides higher than expected electric bills. Service tech verified shorted termistor on outside coil, replaced it.

I still think the thermostat is not working properly. Internal temperature is erratic. Also, can't change the filter. I think there is a design flaw in the filter track.
