I had the unit installed, and the unit froze up. The unit was missing refrigerant, and needed to be added. Then a leak and I wanted it replaced but your sales person refused to accommodate my request. Several issues and I hear it’s under warranty. A new unit should not cause this much stress. Call me 301-997-6686

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation.
