The best I have ever owned
Noisy Comfort Heat Pump. REALLY LOUD. Much louder than our old unit. TOO LOUD.

The heat pump part is REALLY loud. Or previous unit, which was not a carrier, was much quieter than this model. It was so bad we had the unit replaced and it STILL makes a ton more noise that the old one. It's much louder than our main unit. Poor design. Way to noisy.

If I had known how loud this was I would not have bought it. My old Trane unit was so quiet I could only hear it if I was outside. This unit is so loud I can hear almost anywhere in my home
