Not happy with the service

I had a problem with my unit on a Friday night and I texted the supplier and he wouldn’t come till Monday morning to fix the unit my husband is in a hospital bed and I couldn’t move him to another part of the house He is still recovering from heat bumps on his back and has a problem with his eyes I guess because of me having the fan on him, Doctor called in an antibiotic for his eyes and his back after this incident and I even showed that I had a heart monitor on at the time.Myself and the Contractor begged him to come because of the circumstances it was 90°. I’m wondering can I change my warranty to another company so I won’t have to deal with him since he doesn’t care about his clients.
