Do not buy this product if you are partnering it with a geo-thermal system They don’t take advantage of the advanced features

This product was sold as a backup to a geo\-thermal system Was suppose to be whisper quiet It's not!!! The air handler was also advertised to be whisper quiet along with multistage heating and cooling Heating it is, but cooling it's not. Whisper quiet is a joke To date the system has never worked as advertised and has been a complete disaster I have had to spend 10k to hire another installer to try and rectify this. We are in the middle of this rectification so I don't know the results yet. Would I recommend this system or installer NOPE

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
