I love this product because of the warranty coverage. I would trust the company if the company is willing to stand behind its products. This unit is very quiet. This unit doesn’t have much special features, it’s the basic model but yet simplicity is the king. Everything looks very promising so far.
Cost analysis

Over the past four months our natural gas usage has been $405 less than average users in my utility area according to our local power company. The electricity usage has been $244 more. I suppose that's a good sign because I'm ahead of the average between the two by $121. I believe the increased electricity costs may be attributed to the fan on the new accompanying heat pump running more than I expected it would. We are new to the heat pump world so perhaps these figures are what one would expect.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
