We just completed our first winter with the new unit we were extremely satisfied. It easily maintained a comfortable temperature in our home, even the lower levels which are naturally colder. As a bonus our natural gas bills WENT DOWN! I kept the thermostat set at 70-73 depending on the weather. When comparing bills with neighbors and friends our bills were lower and our unit set to a warmer temperature. I am completely satisfied with the product and our purchase.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
