I have used Bay Furnace for years. They have always done an excellent job. This time was no exception. I didn't have heat for 5 days and they went out of their way to install a new furnace. I waited until the third day to call them because I was hoping the furnace would magically start working (it didn't !). I called in the morning and Marty came in the afternoon and explained my options. My furnace was 22 years old so I knew it was time to replace it. The next day, Paul came and showed me my options for a new furnace. He did an excellent job of explaining the differences. Then, the very next day, Justin and Besham came and installed the new furnace !! I'm amazed that everything happened in 3 days, thanks to the owner who took them off other jobs so they could do mine. I will always recommend Bay Furnace ! I guess you could say I'm a happy customer !

It is rusty and carbon monoxide will be coming out from this. It is from the furnace and is part of the chimney flue system. It seems that they are trying to nickle dime us for one pipe. My mom recommended Bay Furnace to me years ago. Their expert team fixed my old furnace a number of times while I put off replacing the unit. When the time came, I knew I wanted Carrier and Cory gave me quotes for a few different options. I'm very happy with my choice! The great team of Johnny, Jerry, and Justin removed the old unit and ALL the debris. They fabricated all the required sheet metal components, installed the furnace and a/c units and again cleaned up ALL the debris. The complete staff was absolutely awesome!. The furnace has reached its life expectancy and was not a good move to repair. Once I told Bay I was without heat they sent Cory Basco over that early afternoon. After meeting Cory Said to me; let me call and get you additional space heaters without any hesitation. (Totally awesome). The installers did an exceptional job!. I would recommend them all day long!. Thank you Steve

My old furnace stopped working, Bay came out that day and put together options. Once we chose the option that fit our needs, Bay worked us into their schedule since we did not have heat on the 1st floor. They expedited the install. Guys were patient with all my questions, showed me many options, pointed out the various features of my options, and then installed quickly and without any debris...did not know they were there. Upgraded us from a 3 ton to a 4 ton compressor after doing an air survey, and also replaced my 22\-year old aging 100,000 BTU unit with a 2\-stage super\-high efficiency unit that I can control all the zones humidity and temperature from my phone. Slick, efficient, competent, friendly folks to deal with. Recommend without hesitation \- I have been a client of theirs since early 2005 and will never go anywhere else.

Overall, an exceptional experience from consultation to install.
