My thermostat won't work, properly. You cannot use your smart phone to adjust settings, as it was advertised as a option.

Installers were great. Clean, professional job tearing out a franken\-furnace mess and turning it into a picturesque perfect installation. The only thing they could not do was install a double walled chimney liner because a previous owner didn't know what he was doing when he had the old furnace put in.

I am pleased with the air conditioner. The installers were very courteous and efficient in their work.

Everything went perfect for the installation of our new furnace and AC \- Bay Heating \& Cooling was super easy and professional to work with and the job was done on time and exactly as expected. They have a great team!

Our brand new AC stopped working within a week of installation. It took weeks to fix then after it was allegedly fixed it stopped working again four days later. We are incredibly frustrated, hot and feel like we wasted over $9000 on a terrible AC unit and crummy installation and repairs.

Excellent service

I have used Bay Furnace for years. They have always done an excellent job. This time was no exception. I didn't have heat for 5 days and they went out of their way to install a new furnace. I waited until the third day to call them because I was hoping the furnace would magically start working (it didn't !). I called in the morning and Marty came in the afternoon and explained my options. My furnace was 22 years old so I knew it was time to replace it. The next day, Paul came and showed me my options for a new furnace. He did an excellent job of explaining the differences. Then, the very next day, Justin and Besham came and installed the new furnace !! I'm amazed that everything happened in 3 days, thanks to the owner who took them off other jobs so they could do mine. I will always recommend Bay Furnace ! I guess you could say I'm a happy customer !

Bay Furnace was professional, knowledgeable, provided great service. Bay installed a new furnace for my 1600 sq ft home. I was very happy with the install work they did. Everything was installed correctly, the condensate line was run as I requested, and the workers took the time to answer all my questions and explain the work they performed.

Bay installed a new furnace when my 30 year old furnace finally stopped working. They quickly fit me in before the really cold weather started. The installers were professional and personable and that is why I have used Bay Furnace since 1988.

First time we've had a new HVAC system installed and everything from the quote to installation to follow up was excellent.

Bay knew exactly what we needed and made sure the install was done exactly as it should be. That was a huge relief after prior experiences.

I was, however, not happy with water coming from underneath my furnace because of a part of the furnace that should have been replaced !! It had to do with a pump that overflowed. It was replaced when I called about it flooding into my basement.

We are currently waiting for the men to come back and replace rusty pipe. Furnace and air conditioner installation is good however there is a problem on the pipe from the furnace. It is rusty and carbon monoxide will be coming out from this. It is from the furnace and is part of the chimney flue system. It seems that they are trying to nickle dime us for one pipe. The great team of Johnny, Jerry, and Justin removed the old unit and ALL the debris. They fabricated all the required sheet metal components, installed the furnace and a/c units and again cleaned up ALL the debris. They are all friendly, sensitive to my time and needs, and we sang along to my radio station all day. I will always call Bay furnace.

The complete staff was absolutely awesome!. The furnace has reached its life expectancy and was not a good move to repair. My old furnace stopped working, Bay came out that day and put together options. Once we chose the option that fit our needs, Bay worked us into their schedule since we did not have heat on the 1st floor. They expedited the install. A+ in customer service, installation, and providing multiple options to solve the problem.

Excellent service. Great Guys. In addition to installation, they pointed out some other potential issues that we should address. Sheet metal, ductwork and some issues with the outside air conditioning unit. They arrived on time and all went well.

Guys were patient with all my questions, showed me many options, pointed out the various features of my options, and then installed quickly and without any debris...did not know they were there. Upgraded us from a 3 ton to a 4 ton compressor after doing an air survey, and also replaced my 22\-year old aging 100,000 BTU unit with a 2\-stage super\-high efficiency unit that I can control all the zones humidity and temperature from my phone. Slick, efficient, competent, friendly folks to deal with. Recommend without hesitation \- I have been a client of theirs since early 2005 and will never go anywhere else.

Overall, an exceptional experience from consultation to install. Because I did quite a bit of research and had a handful of quotes from other companies, I knew I was making a wise choice in choosing Bay Furnace as well as a Carrier product. The comfort level in our house is much better than before and the unit is much quieter.
