Sebastian and Cody were excellent, very knowledgeable, very experience, very courteous. Awesome effort by both, just could not ask for a more professional install and education on the new Furnace and AC. Found B\&B several years ago through an inquiry with Carrier. Our recent failed system has three zones and until I found B\&B, most HVAC service dealers in our area knew very little. We absolutely enjoy our three\-zone system. B\&B has maintained our HVAC for over five years and all service appointments have been excellent, it was an easy choice to select B\&B to replace our old Carrier units. My only concern is why our 13\-year Carrier Furnace failed, would have expected at least 15 years based on other purchased Furnaces.

My original unit is on the roof, the first rep stated that it came be put on ground with little cutting into my basement ceiling, which was not the case, when the rep that actually did the install explained all the walls that would need to cut to get unit on the ground, and I would be responsible in repair the ceiling. Unacceptable, unit remains on the roof! I am confused about being told not to cover because creature in the winter will try to locate heat and nest. Later when talking about hail damage to my unit being on the roof, I was told I probably should cover to protect! New units, in my opinion should come w/AC cover!

All techs and salesman were honest and straightforward. We were able to get service on the weekend (our old AC failed on a Friday), and a replacement the next Saturday. Timing was very important to us as my wife is on oxygen and can't leave the house. The unit they sold and installed seems to be too small for our home. It runs 24 hours/day and barely cools the house. I just can't imagine that the optimal design is to have the machine running 24/7 just to take the edge off. They came out to look at it and said everything was fine.
