Furnace Repair & Service

This is the second time I've used B\&B to instal a new furnace and AC unit, one in my house and another in a rental. The employees from Scott to Niki and Leah and Luke, my every expectation was exceeded. I would strongly recommend B\&B.

Sebastian and Cody were excellent, very knowledgeable, very experience, very courteous. Awesome effort by both, just could not ask for a more professional install and education on the new Furnace and AC. Found B\&B several years ago through an inquiry with Carrier. Our recent failed system has three zones and until I found B\&B, most HVAC service dealers in our area knew very little. We absolutely enjoy our three\-zone system. B\&B has maintained our HVAC for over five years and all service appointments have been excellent, it was an easy choice to select B\&B to replace our old Carrier units. My only concern is why our 13\-year Carrier Furnace failed, would have expected at least 15 years based on other purchased Furnaces.

Furnace needed to be replaced. Devin and Cody were on time and ready to work. Did a professional job especially since the furnace was in the crawl space. Finished the job in a timely manner.

We just had a Carrier HVAC system installed by B\&B this week. Everyone involved was pleasant and professional. When I initially called it was immediately obvious that they knew what they were doing. They scheduled a rep to come by the following week to quote pricing for our new system. He was knowledgeable and we choose the option he said he would recommend if it were for his parent's house. After getting 3 more bids, we choose B\&B because of their time in business, great reviews, and no BBB complaints. Also, their pricing was fair and the whole transaction was straightforward. The installation went without a hitch. I definitely recommend B\&B.

We've had B\&B here a couple of times since moving in, once to install a whole\-house humidifier, and a second time to do routine maintenance on our furnace/AC and water heater. Both service people were excellent technically, friendly, and communicative.

Selection of our new Carrier furnace was clarified by the dealer's inspection of our existing furnace set\-up and his explanation of Carrier's options. We've dealt with his dealer for about 20 years, recommended at the outset by a then\-manager of our homeowners association. Their semi\-annual service, by contract, has been reliable, proficient, effective. No reason to change horses now.

My original unit is on the roof, the first rep stated that it came be put on ground with little cutting into my basement ceiling, which was not the case, when the rep that actually did the install explained all the walls that would need to cut to get unit on the ground, and I would be responsible in repair the ceiling. Unacceptable, unit remains on the roof! I am confused about being told not to cover because creature in the winter will try to locate heat and nest. Later when talking about hail damage to my unit being on the roof, I was told I probably should cover to protect! New units, in my opinion should come w/AC cover!

I had a great experience from start to finish. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Leah \& Nicki they were both professional \& helpful when I decided to make the purchase. Scott came out \& went over our options \& explained everything when he came out to give an estimate. Sebastian \& Alex did the install. They were on time \& installed the unit with very little disruption to my day. They were professional throughout the whole ordeal. I would recommend B\&B to anyone looking for an air conditioner or furnace.

Had lived in my townhome for almost 30 years without air conditioning and then more recently with just a whole house fan. Sometimes summer heat too high for just a fan. I took a number of bids and decided on B \& B. I felt their advisor Scott was very practical and presented me with a proposal I felt was tailored to my needs and included so much, such as taking care of rebates and the inspection. Their installation team Terry and Cameron were also wonderful \- on time, efficient, and really helpful with tips on energy efficiency and coordinating use with my house fan. Their first day they had my air conditioning hooked up, and it was the first 100 degree day of the season! Thanks.

very profesional installation

We had no problems for them to solve but they would have solved them if we had. B\&B is fabulous. We have been using them for a number of years to service our original HVAC which was now 20 years old. We absolutely love the new system. With our Colorado weather, using the "auto" setting gave us some heat the couple of mornings this last week when the temperature was only in the 40s.

This was a very difficult project, Terry and Justin figured it out and solved almost impossible problems.

All techs and salesman were honest and straightforward. We were able to get service on the weekend (our old AC failed on a Friday), and a replacement the next Saturday. Timing was very important to us as my wife is on oxygen and can't leave the house. In fact, the first tech who visited, Rod, came back after assessing the problem with a portable AC unit to keep my wife's room cool until we could get the work done. We learned later he had purchased the unit out of his own pocket. We were do grateful.

No follow up from Scott. His manager said I'd be contacted with payment procedures and all I got was a confirmation that I had it installed and a request to evaluate. And still no info on the rebate.

The experience for me was easy and I appreciated the expertise of Luke and his co worker. The furnace and air conditioner work very well. These guys were very clean as well. ten out of ten !

Everyone at BB Heating AC made this experience a good one from scheduling our appointments to determining the proper unit for our needs to a timely and efficient installation. Bravo BB!

The unit they sold and installed seems to be too small for our home. It runs 24 hours/day and barely cools the house. I just can't imagine that the optimal design is to have the machine running 24/7 just to take the edge off. They came out to look at it and said everything was fine. I'm still in process with them, and am hoping it will get resolved, but it's been a frustrating first experience.

Went well with no problems to date.

They are so nice! They came in under the other quotes we got, helped us decide the best furnace for our house size and budget, and got it done in less than a day. I was worried since our basement's access to the furnace is not ideal but they did a great job. They helped connect our furnace to our new Nest system. They were very respectful of using side doors during our toddler's nap time and were very sweet to the dog. Wonderful experience.
