We have had nothing but trouble from this Carrier HVAC. If we could return it, we would. The fan blower is wimpy. It took Joe East Heating and Air twelve service/installation appointments just to get the air-handler to "talk" to the outdoor unit and the finicky thermostat. New wiring had to be run 3 times. It is inefficient. We have a larger Trane system on the main floor that will soon need replacing - with another Trane.
