It seems OK. I think that the comfort problems I have are due to the thermostat, not the furnace or heat pump.

The company recommended this product because of efficiency and rebates/discounts/ rewards/ tax rebate. I agreed due my previous account needing attn every year. Summer in Florida is very hard on a unit.

Only been 9 months but unit is running without any problems. The system was expensive to purchase and the 2x year maintenance is not cheap, but if I get 10 years of flawless operation then it's well worth it.
Not what I expected during hot days...

This heat pump was purchased to deal with an issue I had with an older unit that couldn't keep up on hot days. I have the exact same issues after the installation of this unit. It is no better than my old unit that was nearly 15 years old.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
