The Performance 16 Heat Pump offers an excellent balance of affordability and long-term energy savings. With cooling efficiencies of up to 16.5 SEER2 and heating up to 8.1 HSPF2, this heat pump is ENERGY STAR® certified on select sizes, ensuring enhanced efficiency. Powered by InteliSense™ Technology—when paired with an ecobee for Carrier Smart Thermostat and permissions for data sharing permissions enabled—allows your dealer to remotely monitor system performance for efficient diagnostics and service. Hybrid Heat® compatibility can add even more savings by pairing perfectly with a gas furnace for optimized energy use during the coldest months.

Problems with default low cold level not heating above 45%. Took 5 visits to make correct default cold setitng

Had problems during winter months. Heat pump wpuld njot heat above 45 degrees. Installer had to perform 5 visits to improve heating by resetting cold weather default setting level. Concerned for next winter.
