Code defaults 3 times (resulting in no heat during cold spells in December and January. The company that installed ( and reportedly was to maintain furnace is not open Friday @4 pm - Monday @7am) all times that furnace did Not work. During this time the Service Department was wonderful and working with a 3 rd party maintenance company to attempt to get the problem isolated and resolved. Finally it was determined to be the “ Mother Board “ and once replaced has functioned fabulously. ( I continue to be sueing the installation company Cotti-Johnson) for my out of pocket expenses for the 3rd party maintenance/parts installation. Currier has continued cover the parts costs.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
