Quiet and Space Efficient Furnace, with limited range "Fan Only" speed adjustments.

Overall Good Furnace. Heat and AC have fan speed range of 1 to 17/18. However, "Fan Only" speed range is from 1 to 10. Thus, air circulation is a bit weak when I try to save electricity (when the Heat or AC is not turned on).

POS I would strongly advise your trying something else. As soon as I can afford to I will get a new furnace.runs constantly and takes 3 hours to warm to 77 degrees. Winter was miserable. Electric and Gas cost rose considerably.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
