A critical component failed within 4 months at the peak of winter. Luckily, my contractor had quick replacement
Yes I would recommend this product, We have had a carrier before and we liked it.

We love the Carrier furnace we have had one before. The only think we did not like was the installers "YES" They started in May 2025 and somewhat finished in Oct. 2025. I will not have YES do any of my work again.
9 Month Check-In after installation

This unit has worked very well. It heats the home and is quiet when running. This year has been a cold one in the Southeast. I will say I was disapointed with my gas bills. I was hoping that this new unit would have been more energy efficent. My home as an R15 rating.
