Product Works Fine But Unsolicited Marketing Is Unwelcome

The system functions properly, but I’m disappointed that Carrier chose to initiate contact via unsolicited marketing email when my only interaction was through a third-party installer. That negatively affects my perception of the brand. I never signed up for any direct communication from Carrier and should not be receiving marketing emails from a company I've never done business with directly.
