Air supply is very quiet, but compressor start/stop outside my bedroom window clunks when disengaging/ engaging Fault of A/C contractor. Heat pump very efficient. Low power bills.

The guys comes out to repair the unit but still makes loud noise sounds like a tractor trailer coming on and going off so dissatisfy and the company that installed it will not replace the unit
Condensation

It seems like there is quite a bit of a condensation on the sides some dripping on the wires and the drip pan has signs of rust already, for a year old system im concern about it.

Had 4 service calls to fix Ecobee temostat. Terrible feature on this system. Would not buy again
