I have my new HVAC company! They installed a new Carrier system in September 2024. The customer service was excellent, from the office staff who took my phone calls to the owner, technicians, and the service sales manager. The time from phone calls to on\-site service was very reasonable and timely. Finding companies that provide this level of customer service in these busy times is challenging, and DTC proved that the goal of excellence can be achieved!

They didn't hook up the thermostat right when they installed it. They came right out and fixed it though.

I heard of DTC through another satisfied customer. They arrived a bit late due to weather conditions, which is completely understandable. They immediately got to work and satisfactorily installed the unit, which works great. A minor issue came up after installation and they immediately scheduled a service person, who took care of the issue.

Installation appt was set up in advance, however, not all parts were included in the installation. Had to make a 2nd appt to complete installation.

I requested a 16 seer system. They installed a 14 seer system. When I pointed that out to them, they said they would come back the next day and replace it with the 16 seer system. I had to take a second day off work.

Had Henry, Junior, and Gary do a great job with our installation last week. We haven't had to press it into action too much yet but have been satisfied up to this point with the performance and quietness of the units. We are definitely going to recommend DTC to anyone who needs service or installation.

They company comes when they tell you and do the work professionally with people who are courtesy and nice. I will use them again when we need something.

I have been using DTC since they first began. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, etc. Our AC went out while we were on vacation and of course we come home on the weekend. We called on Monday, they were there on Tuesday, and replaced the unit on Wednesday. I have always been pleased with their service.

With summer coming on and a 12 year old AC, we decided to replace. DTC explained our options, reviewed the rebates and installed. They were very carful in the house and explained the workings of the new system.
