The technician, Collin Breen, was thorough and professional. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. It was a pleasure working with him. The installers were also professional. Overall, I had a positive experience.

Kenneth was our technician that came out to clean our units. We knew they were old (19years old) but had hopped for the best. He kept us well informed on what he was finding. He was very professional and personal. In the end we decided on new units. He put us in touch with Jeff who answered all of our questions and what to expect. We were able to get our new system the very next day. The two crews that came out, Taylor and Jonathan's crews were awesome. Kept things clean and were very polite and easy to work with and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

The installation quality check found a couple of issues, one required the replacement of a defective outdoor unit.

The service technician did not measure any of the ac equipment before starting to sell me on the new system. Then it took 3 days to install my new due to the neglected due diligence, the installers left wires exposed out of the electrical box ,a floor board not reinstalled all hazards

I was very pleased with this installation. On Time Experts showed up at 8 AM as promised and the job was completed by 1PM, right before the rain started coming down. The installers were very respectful of my home. They wore their booties every time they came into the house. They also placed covers on the floor to protect it from dirt and staining from coming in and out of the home. Then, they cleaned up everything when the job was completed.

OnTime Experts took 20+ hrs to install when they said it would take 6\-8 hrs. They had no explanation for they delay when asked. There tech "ghosted" us three times throughout the process, once was after requesting a space heater needed overnight for a 1 year old. They did not complete their Quality Check until 60+ days after install when it is supposed to be within 30 days. We had to call several time to get the quality inspection scheduled. When trying to schedule this appt we learned they failed to leave us air filters and show us how to preform maintenance on the unit when needed. They failed horribly in communication and follow up. Their complete lack of customer service is not what you should get if spending $15K. This is a warning to stay away from OnTime Experts!

Very professional, clearly explained our option, great service.

They were late coming, but still finished by 6:30 pm. Heater works great and I am sure the AC will also. I am glad to have heat now \- cause I do get cold.

My questions were answered and equipment explained and working.
