The install was done in a professional manner, it did come from factory without heat kit, this caused initial startup problems. dealer was able to diagnose and fix.

Very difficult to get answers to questions Still waiting to get a noise insulation blanket. Not sure it is working properly yet.

Andy and Tim did a great job installing our heat pump in our attic. This was a difficult job as they had to go through a small hole in the closet ceiling but they made it look easy. There was no damage to our furniture or things. They were polite and even cleaned up at the end. The next Monday, Burkholder followed up by installing a heavier duty line to the new unit.

Burkholder did a great job. From estimate to install we were pleased with their service. They were quick and clean. We can't wait to see how the unit performs this summer.

I installed a separate unit for my upstairs and due to the type of work, I was expecting nothing but issues since it was going to be done over multiple days, type of work, etc. I could not have been more wrong. The guys from Burkholder's did a great job, kept me informed and answered questions as they came up. The crew was extremely friendly and professional. When the job was complete, I meet with the guys and we went over everything. They used tarps all over the house so when they were done and leaving, you couldn't tell anyone was ever there doing work. I would recommend Burkholder's in an instant! I'm in Commercial Real Estate and have dealt with a lot of vendors over the years and Burkholder's is by far, one of the best!

Regarding the installation of our new Carrier AC unit, Burkholder's technicians were on time, installed new unit and additional ductwork quickly and efficiently, and respectfully navigating inside and outside of our home so not to soil interior. All of our questions and concerns along the way were answered immediately and an overview of the installation was clearly presented at the end of the installation. We had several estimates for this job, and were most pleased with the sales representative's candid response to our questions. We wanted to utilize the original interior pipelines rather than create another, more visible mounting. The sales rep agreed to this, provided the lines were shown to be supportive of the new system; after the troubleshooting investigation, this set\-up proved to be viable. From the installation to the follow\-up cosmetic repair surrounding our wall mounted unit, the technicians were considerate of our home, and expert in the process of removal of our old unit, and replacement with the new Carrier unit. Since the new unit was of a different size, there was a substantial gap surrounding the installation. The service tech repaired our off white wall in a manner that would defy anyone to see any evidence of said repair. It was a seamless, perfect job. He did this in phases, which were painstakingly executed, and meticulous in the outcome. Not only is our new unit far more efficient and quiet than the one it replaced, but it has a streamlined appearance. Burkholder's lived up to its well\-deserved reputation.

Great job in a timely manner

I began the process in August 2021 to find a local HVAC contractor to do a fresh install of a heat pump in my home and recently completed the project in December 2021. Out of 5 contractors, Burkholder's were the only group to offer a ducted split system option, obviously a Carrier product, that fit my needs for my split level home. Their install expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. Every part of my home was kept clean and the ductwork, air handler, and outdoor equipment were installed with fine attention to detail. Out of the few requests I had for where to install equipment, etc., all were met. I will continue to use this group for service and recommend them to anyone in the market for a fairly priced, expertly installed/serviced HVAC system.

Burkholder did an efficient job, finishing ahead of schedule, and providing us with all new gas heat! (We'll try the AC in a few months.) And when a brief issue developed after installing, they were out quickly to take care of it. Very pleased.

Installation went well.

They installed a gas nozzle instead of a propane. Now my heater stopped working and their is black soot in my exhaust vent. Still waiting to hear from them on when they will fix it.
