Everything went well except the last people in tracked dirt on our new rug downstairs. They were very nice about it and agreed to pay for the cleaning.

We had trouble with the loan but Anjelika kept at the company until it was solved. The guys put in a big boy unit in a day. They were thoughtful, careful and hardworking. I would recommend this company hands down.

Hellas showed up on time, did what they said they would do and charged a fair price. Would definitely recommend to others.

Only issue we had that they are coming back to fix, is 2 of the bedrooms have a lot of noise when the unit runs. They believe it is due to more powerful air flow with the new unit.

We ran into several technical issues with the installation of the zone panels and sensors. Hellas was very diligent in pinpointing the issue and spent hours testing and triaging various scenarios to narrow down the cause. Zone panels and sensors were replaced multiple times before the system was up and running properly. Communication throughout was excellent and we were very impressed with quality of the technical understanding and expertise that Hellas provided with the proposal, the installation, and the trouble\-shooting. We highly recommend this family owned company.

The Service Professionals really went out of their way to make sure the installation of my new Carrier Air System went very well. I had a questions about how the system worked. All were answered thoroughly and patiently. They made sure everything was done the right way and according to a couple of requests according to how the system could improve my interior space.

Hellas was recommended by our oil company, Olympia Oil. Services are good \- they know what they are doing. It is a bit pricey, but is a good trade\-off.

Professional front office. I was having trouble getting my installer out over the weekend and finally gave up on Total Comfort out of Danbury. Hellas returned my call late Saturday afternoon shortly after I called them. They had a technician out first thin Sunday morning who diagnosed the issues. They repaired on system which had a leak in my Freon line and the compressor was shot on the other system. They fixed the leak and gave me the option of repairing my 8 year old Carrier Purion system or replacing. I chose the latter. They quickly schedule me and replaced my condenser unit. All technicians were polite, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would quickly recommend Hellas to friends.

They were right on time. Very professional. Complicated installation, but they did a great job getting the installation completed. Very pleased with it all including the help I got from the office staff.

My Heat pump/AC system was now over 30 yrs old and starting to go. Hellas recommended that it was time to consider replacing the system. They supplied me with detailed estimates and thorough explanations/answers to all my questions and concerns. Well, I took the plunge and replaced my old system with a new Carrier unit. Their crew arrived promptly and were very professional. They finished the job in a timely manner and left the area cleaner than when they started. Because of the treatment I received from the back office staff and all the technicians I could not have felt more comfortable with such a major purchase. Very satisfied with Carrier and Hellas. I very highly recommend them.

The Hellas crew did a great job removing and replacing my old HVAC units. I am very pleased with the results!

Analyzed issues with old furnace, gave several options for repair or replacing the heating system including some upgrades. Courteous, efficient service providers showed up on time, completed installations in a timely manner, cleaned up the area after finishing, registered product for me.

Hellas is a great dealer to do business with, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an old hot air heating and central A/C system that was over 27 years old and the A/C was starting to leak refridgerant. Called Hellas and made an appointment for them to come out which they promptly did. They gave me a few options to choose from with detailed estimates. I also had estimates from a couple other dealers, needless to say I chose Hellas. Very professional installation and I couldn't be happier with the service or the Carrier equipment. Highly recommend both.
