Unit make noise when kicks off and the ones that installed that say that’s normal

The unit quit working once due to a loose wire. No big deal. It was fixed promptly. My only complaint is the clunk noise when the compressor turns off.

Initial installation HVAC System outer panels had missing screws and doing first installer C\-unit inspection 11858 oral oaks road Victoria VA found damaged fins all the way to coil surface.
