Software Ordering
eDesign Suite Software is available on a license basis. There is a first-year license fee and then renewal fees in subsequent years to keep the license active. Payment of the license fees entitles the licensee to use the software, to receive regular program updates and to receive technical support from our staff of HVAC engineers.
How Does It Work?
Step 1
Download the appropriate license agreement form. Right-click on the appropriate form below. Select "Save link as..." or "Save target as..." and save to a location on your computer.
Step 2
Complete the form, using the instructions found on the first page.
Step 3
Be sure to indicate the programs you wish to license.
Step 4
Sign the form at the bottom and return the form using one of the methods indicated.
Payment Options
Payment by Credit Card
Send the completed order form to Software Systems, via email at software.systems@carrier.com or fax (860-622-6198)
Once your order has been approved, we will provide an invoice number, amount due, and a link to our secured payment site.
Follow the instructions on the secured site to submit your payment.
Payment by Check
If you wish to pay by check, please send the completed license form and payment to the address shown in the lower left corner of the license/order form.
