Carrier’s i‑Vu® smart valves are engineered for efficient performance in space‑constrained applications. A compact 2‑way or 3‑way ball valve design keeps the overall installed height to just 4.33 inches (110 mm). Each valve is driven by a rotary actuator that receives Act Net communication from the controller to precisely position the valve.

Features
A low‑profile valve and actuator assembly fits easily into tight mechanical spaces. Tool‑free snap‑fit connections and a stem extension allow faster installation and easier actuator removal without disturbing pipe insulation, reducing labor during install and maintenance.
A characterized ball valve design supports stable flow control and tight shutoff, helping maintain system performance over time. The brushless DC actuator minimizes power draw and includes electronic fail‑safe capability to protect operation during power loss.
