Downgrade from Ecobee

My dealer talked me into this thermostat, but I regret it. It is a downgrade from the Ecobee that I used to have. I miss having sensors in other rooms that made the temperature more comfortable. And, the Alexa support for this thermostat is very bad (basically unusable - see the ratings on the Alexa skill at Amazon.com).
Great but some tweaks needed

Cannot connect to utility for rebates. Complains about excessive humidity immediately. Does not like an open window. Wait 2 hours before complaining to see if the humidity improves.
VERY LOUD FURNACE

This furnace is WAY too loud when the gas is burning in the burner box. We have tried everything, but it still wakes us up when the burner kicks on. We are VERY disappointed!

Nice but has one major issue

Be careful. Furnace does not restart automatically after power outage. The furnace on/off switch must be manually switched back on. Impossible to do if on vacation or if house is a vacation house but actually live another place. I live 6 hours away from my vacation house so my solution was to install a Kasa remote control switch (4 wire) in place of the manual switch. Now I can turn the furnace back on remotely if needed. Also had an installation issue which was resolved 4 months later. Setting the temperature controls is complicated and will take some learning.

We're very happy with this product. Very easy to set up and operate. I appreciate the carrier app on my phone - which keeps me updated if any issues or concerns - especially when we're away from home. Great piece of mind knowing the system is constantly monitored.
