Pretty good

App is too slow to update changes and current temperature. Does not work with local energy throttling.
Broken after only 2 months - cheap aluminum condenser coil leaks

On 8/11/25, my new AC unit was installed, after 2 months 10/9/25 the unit stopped working -- barely cooling. Technician came out and could not find the issue, re-charged refrigerant (must be a leak somewhere). Have multiple "freeze protection" errors on thermostat. This is NOT good. 3/9/26 AC is NOT working again. Another technician comes out and found a leak on small aluminum tubing coils in the bottom of the condenser unit. He CANNOT fix it by brazing it because cheap aluminum is used on this coil. Must replace the entire condensing coil. After another week, the part arrives, technicians have to disassemble the entire condenser unit, outside, and rebuild it with a new coil. Finally, the AC is working again.
When operational it’s fine!!!

Unit has had to be serviced 5 times since initial install because of leaks at condensing unit 2 times and at the evaporator 3 times. This caused the unit to be down and using a ton of electricity while running low on propane coolant!! We are afraid that this unit will not stand the test of time as the previous Lennox unit that was on the home for over 24 years!!

Top of the line not worth the money

We chose top of the line AC to make our 2nd story more comfortable and to regulate the temperate between the first and second floor. Also were supposed to see a big drop in electrical bill since we were replacing a 22 year old AC unit. So far our bill is higher and the new AC is not worth the money. Next time will stay with a middling product.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
