Heat Pump Repair & Service

My sales representative offered three options and was honest about which one suited our home the best. I appreciated that. The installation team called ahead and was on time. Their work was methodical, detailed, and efficient. The new system was explained thoroughly from the units to the Smart Thermostat operation. They even corrected several installation issues from the original furnace and AC units, including condensate draining to the sewer line which leaked, and poor installation of the original exhaust and air intake lines. At the end of every day, all trash was gone and the area clean. They clearly understand that true Customer Service means treating every customer like they are your most important one. Tremendous job by the entire team from sales to installation.

Zimmerman was great to work with, from obtaining the bid, to explaining current issues I was having with my existing unit's cool air distribution throughout the house, and an excellent team of installers who worked on a 93 degree day in my basement and outside installing the unit for over 8 hours.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable

SSystem not cooling the house To the setting. Not happy with Zimmerman having a hard time coming back To make adjustments. Very poor coustomer service. When you spend 7.000 dollars on a system you expect some coustomer service. Not doing what they promise. NOT HAPPY.

Great work and product

Zimmerman's did a great job in setting up the appointment for buying the furnace the same day that the old one died and installed it the next day. We could not be happier with their service and the furnace is much more efficient than the older one and does a better job of heating the house. The furnace and Zimmerman's are top notch.
