I had no problem with that as it was a replacement for an old unit. Rex Plumbing and Heating did a great job with the install and initial setup. Unfortunately, we need the unit to operate remotely on WiFi and Carrier (not Rex) could not provide support or a product to accomplish that. We could not get the unit to operate remotely on Wifi with the Ecobee and Carrier had no alternative. Rex made multiple return trips to try and troubleshoot and get the WiFi thermostat to work
