owner and workers combined made this an easy decision for me. After installation the worker explained how to run it and gave me all paperwork for me to refer to. I had no problem with that as it was a replacement for an old unit. I also worked years ago for a lumber yard and wanted someone reputable who had been in business for as long as I can remember, and that Rex was my best choice.

Rex Plumbing and Heating did a great job with the install and initial setup. Unfortunately, we need the unit to operate remotely on WiFi and Carrier (not Rex) could not provide support or a product to accomplish that. We could not get the unit to operate remotely on Wifi with the Ecobee and Carrier had no alternative. Rex made multiple return trips to try and troubleshoot and get the WiFi thermostat to work
