Every part of our experience with Grossi Services Inc (GSI) was superb. From the initial evaluation of our old system all the way through to a thorough explanation of our newly installed Carrier system, all the workmanship and personal interactions were professional and on point. You can see their attention to detail and ability in the neat, straight, and precise installation of the duct work, lines, and equipment. It cannot be emphasized enough how satisfied we are with our experience with GSI. Also, our Carrier system works great; our house is always super comfortable.

Jake and Tim gave us a couple of options for a HVAC system. We decided to go with the performance series for better efficiency. The day of the install Grossi Services showed up on time and stayed late to finish the job. Their price was fair, they were very professional and polite and left the area neat and clean. Jake and Tim?s communication was fast and accurate when ever a question or concern arose. I highly recommend Grossi services and look forward to many comfortable years with our new Carrier HVAC system.
